Wix Tutorial: How to Change Staff Working Hours



In this short guide, I'll walk you through the simple steps to change the working hours for your staff on your Wix website. Streamlining your scheduling process is easy!


Access the booking calendar

Begin by logging into your Wix account and accessing the dashboard. In the left-hand side menu, locate and click on the "Booking Calendar" option.


Navigate to staff settings

Under the "Staff" section, identify and click on the specific staff member for whom you want to modify working hours. Click on the "Edit" option to enter the staff member's settings.


Adjust default working hours

Within the staff member's profile, locate the default working hours. If you need to make changes, click on the pencil icon next to the day you want to modify. Specify the desired working hours for the selected day. You can also change the frequency of this schedule – whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, or monthly.


Select locations (if applicable)

If your business has multiple locations, choose the relevant ones for this staff member. If there's only one location, you can leave the default setting. After making adjustments, click "Save" to confirm the new working hours. Return to the top of the page and click "Save" again to ensure all modifications are applied.


This simple and intuitive method allows you to customize schedules effortlessly, providing flexibility for both you and your staff.
